“We” and “us” mean Sree Collections. “You” means the person placing an order. By placing an order you accept these terms, together with our shipping, returns, refund and privacy policies, which form part of them.

GSTIN: 37ALFPV7226D1ZX. GST is included in every price shown on this site, and a tax invoice is issued with each order.

You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.

To be confirmed by Sree Collections: the registered legal entity name and constitution as they appear on the GST registration, and whether the shop address above is also the registered address for invoices — the two are often different.

• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds, or once a cash-on-delivery order is verified by us.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if a price is listed incorrectly, or if the delivery address is not serviceable. You will be refunded in full.
• Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them. Slight variation in shade between a screen and the real fabric is normal and is not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price you see at the moment you place the order is the price that applies.

1 gram gold jewellery is sold at a flat price with no making charges and no link to the daily gold rate. It is gold-plated and not solid gold — see the FAQ for details.

Everything in our 1 gram gold range is gold-covered: a layer of real gold bonded onto a brass or copper base. It is not solid gold, and we describe it that way on every product page rather than in the small print.

Care instructions are on every product page and are not a formality — perfume, water and sweat shorten the life of plating considerably.

Every garment listing carries actual measurements, not just a size letter. Indian sizing is not standardised between brands, so please check the measurements against something you already own rather than ordering by the letter alone — it is the single biggest cause of returns.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, returns in our Returns & Exchange Policy, and cancellations and refunds in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. All three form part of these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping access to the mobile number linked to your account.
• Please keep your address and contact details accurate — most delivery failures are caused by outdated details.
• We may suspend an account used for fraudulent orders or repeated abuse of the returns policy.

The photographs, text and design on this site belong to Sree Collections. Please do not copy them for commercial use. You are welcome to share product links.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other right that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where the law gives you a remedy, these terms do not take it away.

Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control — courier disruption, weather, strikes, or a delivery address that turns out to be wrong.

If something goes wrong, start with support. If that does not resolve it, our grievance redressal process names the officer responsible and the timelines we are bound by under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your statutory rights as a consumer, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Narasaraopet, Palnadu district, Andhra Pradesh.

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it; the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

To be confirmed by Sree Collections: the jurisdiction clause with a lawyer. Naming a seat of jurisdiction is normal, but a clause that removes a consumer's ability to sue where they live can be held unenforceable, so the wording matters.
