Grievance Redressal
If something has gone wrong and the usual support channels have not sorted it out, this is how to escalate — who it goes to, and how long we have to respond.

Start with support
Most problems — a late delivery, a wrong size, a refund that has not landed — are fastest to fix by calling or messaging us directly. Please try support first, with your order number to hand.
Escalate to the grievance officer below if support has not resolved it, or if you are not satisfied with how it was resolved.
Grievance Officer

To be confirmed by Sree Collections: appoint a grievance officer and put their name in GRIEVANCE.officerName. The rules require a named individual, not a department. Until it is set this page says so rather than inventing one, because a fabricated name is a person a customer would try to escalate to.
What we are bound by
- We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and give you a ticket number.
- We resolve it within 30 days of receiving it.
- If we cannot resolve it in that time we will tell you why, in writing, before the deadline rather than after it.
- These are the statutory maximums, not targets we invented. Most things are settled well inside them.
What to include
A complaint moves faster when it arrives complete. Please include:
- Your order number, and the mobile number the order was placed with.
- What went wrong, in your own words.
- Photographs, if it is about the condition of an item or its packaging.
- What you would like us to do — refund, replacement, or an explanation.
If you are still not satisfied
Our process does not replace your rights. If you are unhappy with the outcome you can approach the National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or at consumerhelpline.gov.in, or file a complaint with the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
We would rather you did not have to, and telling us first usually costs you less time.
Complaints about your personal data
Requests about your personal information — access, correction, deletion, or a complaint about how it was handled — go to the same officer. What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy.
To be confirmed by Sree Collections: this page with a lawyer before launch, and confirm the appointed officer's details. It reflects the obligations as we understand them and is not legal advice.
