What exactly is 1 gram gold jewellery?

It is jewellery made on a brass or copper base with a layer of real gold bonded on top — also called gold covering. You get traditional designs and the look of gold at a fraction of the cost. It is not solid gold and cannot be exchanged against gold value.

Will the gold colour fade?

With normal care the finish lasts a long time. Keep the piece away from perfume, water and sweat, wipe it with a dry cloth after wearing, and store it in the pouch we send with every order. Perfume sprayed directly on jewellery is the most common reason plating wears off early.

Is the price linked to the daily gold rate?

No. Our 1 gram gold jewellery has a flat, fixed price with no making charges and no wastage. The price shown on the product page is what you pay, inclusive of GST.

Do you provide a hallmark or certificate?

Not for 1 gram gold jewellery — hallmarking applies to solid gold. We list the piece weight, the base metal and the plating on every product page so you know exactly what you are buying.

How do I pick the right bangle size?

Every bangle set lists its diameter in inches (2.4, 2.6, 2.8 and so on). Measure a bangle you already wear across its inside, or call us and we will help you choose before you order.

How do I know my size?

Every clothing product page has a size guide with bust, waist and length measurements in inches. The measurements describe the garment, not the body. If you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up.

Are sarees stitched?

Sarees come unstitched with a blouse piece unless the product page says otherwise. The blouse piece length is listed under 'What's included'.

Can I get something altered?

We do not offer alterations. Any tailoring is best done locally once the garment reaches you.

Do I need an account to order?

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. There is no password to remember, and your addresses and orders stay saved for next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through a secure payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available on most routes for an extra handling fee.

Money left my account but the order failed. What now?

Failed payments are refunded automatically by the bank, usually within 3–5 working days. If you do not see it, send us the reference number shown on the failure screen and we will follow it up.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Yes, as long as it has not been packed. Open the order in My Orders, or call us. Once it is with the courier we can only handle it as a return.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that a flat ₹79 applies. Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee.

Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, with the tags and packaging intact. We arrange the pickup where the courier services your pincode.

Nose pins and similar items are not returnable for hygiene reasons. This is stated clearly on those product pages before you order.

When do I get my refund?

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund to a bank account you share with us.

The item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled.

Yes. Bring the piece with its tags and the invoice within 7 days of delivery and we can settle it at the counter — that is usually faster than a courier pickup.

Can I see a piece before buying it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and for jewellery we would rather you did. Photographs are indicative; the finish and the weight of a piece are easier to judge in the hand. Call ahead if you want something specific kept aside.
