Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 4 PM on a working day are usually packed the same day. Everything else goes out within 24–48 hours. We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.

You will get a message with the courier name and tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.

Timelines below are working days counted from dispatch, not from when you place the order.

Enter your pincode on any product page to see the estimate for your address before you order. Festival weeks, heavy rain and local strikes can add a day or two — we will tell you if that happens.

• Free delivery on orders above ₹999.
• A flat ₹79 on orders below that.
• Cash on delivery adds a ₹49 handling fee, shown in your order summary before you pay.
• All charges are visible in the price details before you place the order. Nothing is added afterwards.

Open My Orders to see your order move through confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. The courier's own tracking number is on the same screen.

If tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, call us with your order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

• Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. Keep your phone reachable — most failed deliveries are missed calls.
• If the parcel returns to us undelivered, we will contact you to re-ship it or refund you.
• If a parcel arrives damaged or opened, do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours.

We ship across India through Delhivery, DTDC, India Post. A small number of remote pincodes are not serviceable — the pincode checker on each product page will tell you before you order.
